Oil and Gas industry organizations share a common problem: the difficulty that Supervisors have to ensure a Disciplined Operation on the work fronts.
The soft skills required to lead risk management on the work fronts are not studied or acquired with experience, they must be trained in appropriate contexts. Our training program aligns and develops Supervisors in the dimensions necessary to install, deploy and reinforce a culture based on operational discipline. Through a methodological system and a blended learning approach (face-to-face workshops, live streaming sessions from our Training Center and field practices) this program promotes five key cultural dimensions of Risk Management.
The vision of the Front-line Supervisors program is to consolidate Risk Management, so that Operational Discipline is not a declaration of principles but a reality in the field.
